Description of Outdoor Milk Storage Dairy Processing Equipment
Outdoor milk storage is a stainless steel container for storing fresh milk at low temperature. For insulation between the inner wall and the outer insulation layer (or cooling jacket) and tank speed of agitator, which enters the cabin temperature (≤5℃) milk stored for 24 hours, the temperature does not exceed 2 DEG C, fat floating, widely used in outdoor storage of fresh milk dairy products factory.
Outdoor milk storage bin is suitable for large and outdoor milk storage equipment commonly used by large and medium-sized dairy processing enterprises, and can also be used for fruit juice, medicine and chemical industry. It consists of cylinder and outer skin, filled with insulation medium in the middle, and equipped with mixing system and CIP interface.

- *Tank body materials:completely made of SUS304-2B stainless steel,internal bladder =3mm,external shell=2mm
- *Tank body form:vertical cylinder,taper top,with taper of "15";inclined bottom with taper of 5°.A base is set at the bottom.
- *Heat preservation material:polyurethane foaming heat preservation with thickness of 100mm for heat preservation of top,bottom and tank body.
- *Tank body size:depending on volume,1/3 jacket layer at the lower part.
- *Tank body accessories:
- One side manhole at the tank bottom;
- One safe ventilating cover at the top
- One double-T type CIP spray head at the top
- One thermometer,with temperature display range of 0°C-100°C
- One aspetic sampling valve

- One medium inlet of 38mm and one medium outlet of 38mm
